Monchow Soup

Monchow soup: -

1) Soy sauce – 1tsp

2) Vinegar – 1tsp

3) Garlic-Ginger – 1tsp chopped.

4) Corn flour – 1 tsp.

5) Pasta noodles – A bunch boiled and deep fried.

6) Carrot and beans – finely chopped.

7) Water – 1&1/2 cup.

8) Sugar – 1 tsp.

9) Salt – as per taste.

10) Red pepper powder – ½ tsp ( as per taste).

11) Oil – 1 tsp.

a) Take oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic to it. Add the tomato pulp to it.

b) Fry for 2 min. add water, sugar, salt, red pepper powder.

c) Add carrot and beans.

d) Add soy sauce and vinegar.

e) Take corn flour in 2 tsp cold water. Add this mixture to boiling soup.

f) Boil it on low flame for 10 min.

g) Serve hot with deep fried pasta noodles.


** For non-veg..take one medium sized boiled chicken piece,shred it and remove bones and add to the boiling soup.

Nutritious healthy soup

Hot n Sour soup: -

1) Tomatoes – 3.

2) Garlic-Ginger – 1tsp chopped.

3) Corn flour – 1 tsp.

4) Pasta noodles – 40 (approx) sticks.

5) Carrot and beans – finely chopped..

6) Water – 1&1/2 cup.

7) Sugar – 1 tsp.

8) Salt – as per taste.

9) Red pepper powder – ½ tsp ( as per taste).

10) Oil – 1 tsp.

a) Grind the tomatoes and blend them. Sieve it and use the pulp.

b) Take oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic to it. Add the tomato pulp to it.

c) Fry for 2 min. add water, sugar, salt, red pepper powder.

d) Add carrot and beans.

e) Add pasta noodles.

f) Take corn flour in 2 tsp cold water. Add this mixture to boiling soup.

Soybean paneer tikka....

Soybean Tikia: - Healthy, high protein evening snack.

Ingredients:-

  • Soybean seeds(soaked overnight) – ½ cup
  • Grated paneer - 1/2 cup.
  • Onion – ½ finely chopped.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Red chili powder.
  • corn flour - 1 tsp.
  • Oil to deep fry.

Ø Boil the soybean with 2 cups of water.

Ø Take the whole boiled stuff in grinder and blend it.

Ø Sieve the mixture and collect the water separately (which is soybean milk and can be used as soymilk to drink, it can be drunk with sugar or lemon and salt).

Ø Collect the residue (the soybean mixture that is collected on the sieve).

Ø Add onion, grated paneer, salt to this and make small balls of 1 inch by 1 inch (1’’/1’’).

Ø Take one sp corn flour and add tsp water, mix it and add salt andl ittle red chili powder in it and use it as coating.

Ø Roll the soybean tikia in this egg and deep fry it in oil, till golden brown.

Ø Serve hot, with tamarind chutney and lettuce –cabbage-beetroot salad.

Tamarind chutney:-

Tamarinds soaked in water, mashed and keep the pulp

Salt, red chili powder as per taste

Zeera (cumin) powder ½ tsp

Sugar/Jaggery to taste.

Oil – 1 tsp

Mustard seeds 1/4tsp

Procedure:-

Mix all these and taste it for sugary and spicy taste.

Take a tsp of oil, heat it and add mustard seeds to the oil to splutter

Add this oil to the tamarind chutney.

Chicken fried noodles with wet gravy.


Fried noodles with soup/gravy. (American chowpsey).


Ingredients:-




1) Pasta noodles.

2) Oil to fry.

3) Onion - 1

4) Tomatoes -1

5) Carrots -2

6) Beans -6/7

7) Spring onions – Bunch.

8) Capsicum (Green, Red and yellow) – ¼ each.

9) Garlic and ginger – 2tsp finely chopped.

10) Boiled shreded chicken - 1 or 2 pieces..boneless.

11) Soy Sauce – 1 tsp.

12) Vinegar – 1 tsp.

13) Tomato sauce – 2 tsp.

14) Water – 1 and ½ glass.

15) Corn flour- 1 tsp.

16) Salt, Red pepper, Black pepper to taste.

17) Sugar- 1/2tsp.

Procedure:-

1) Boil pasta noodles and sieve it when done.

2) Run cool water over it.

3) Heat oil in a pan and put these noodles in it little at a time and deep fry it.

4) Store it on serving plate.

5) Chop all the veggies in long thin slices and beans in small pieces.

6) Take 1sp oil in a pan, add all the veggies & shredded chicken in the pan, add sauces in it, add water around 1 and half glass. Add salt, pepper and sugar to this and let it boil for 5-7 minutes.

7) Once boiling take a 1tsp corn flour in 2 tsp cold water and mix it well and add it to the boiling soup.

8) Serve fried noodles and this soup separately and mix then while eating.

Enjoy your crispy fried noodles…..excellent in rainy & winter season…

Chicken Pizza:-

Pizza Base:- (For 2 people)

Ingredients-

1) White flour(Maida) – 3 tb.sp

2) Salt – Pinch.

3) Butter – 1 tsp.

4) Oil – 1 tsp.

5) Milk – 1 tb.sp

6) Water – 1 tb.sp

7) Yeast – ¼ tsp

8) Baking powder – ¼ tsp.

Procedure:-

1) In a big bowl, take flour add salt, baking power, butter, oil, yeast.

2) Mix water and milk and warm it.

3) Pour little by little in the flour and keep kneading.

4) When it is done soft and firm, keep the flour covered for yeast to work for ½ hour.

5) After half hour the flour will rise, beat the flour ball, punch it hard and flatten it. Make it in ball again and keep it covered for another 1 hour.

6) The pizza dough by now will be soft and fluffy. You can store this in fridge for few hours.

Sauce spreads:-

Red sauce:-

1) Tomato – 1

2) Onion – 1/4th

3) Garlic – 1 clove.

4) Salt to taste.

5) Chili powder/or fresh chili.

Grind all this together. Take 1tsp oil in a pan and put this paste in it. Add salt and chili powder and let it cook on slow flame for 5 min.

White sauce:-

1) Corn flour – 1 tsp.

2) Water – 3 tsp.

3) Milk – 3 tsp.

4) Salt – a pinch.

5) Butter – 1 tsp.

Take a non stick pan and put all this in the pan and heat for 3-4 min. Stirring continuously so that lump don’t form.


Chicken Pizza Toppings:-

1) Red sauce.

2) Boiled shredded Chicken.

3) Onion finely chopped.

4) Cheese shredded.

5) Finely chopped garlic.

1) After making red sauce in the pan. Add shredded boiled chicken in it and mix well.

2) Roll the pizza base, place it in baking tray slice it in six pieces and spread red sauce with chicken over it.

3) Sprinkle cheese on it and onion and garlic.

4) Bake in pre heated oven at 200 deg for 20 minutes.
