Monchow Soup

Monchow soup: -

1) Soy sauce – 1tsp

2) Vinegar – 1tsp

3) Garlic-Ginger – 1tsp chopped.

4) Corn flour – 1 tsp.

5) Pasta noodles – A bunch boiled and deep fried.

6) Carrot and beans – finely chopped.

7) Water – 1&1/2 cup.

8) Sugar – 1 tsp.

9) Salt – as per taste.

10) Red pepper powder – ½ tsp ( as per taste).

11) Oil – 1 tsp.

a) Take oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic to it. Add the tomato pulp to it.

b) Fry for 2 min. add water, sugar, salt, red pepper powder.

c) Add carrot and beans.

d) Add soy sauce and vinegar.

e) Take corn flour in 2 tsp cold water. Add this mixture to boiling soup.

f) Boil it on low flame for 10 min.

g) Serve hot with deep fried pasta noodles.


** For non-veg..take one medium sized boiled chicken piece,shred it and remove bones and add to the boiling soup.
