Rajasthani dish with Neha's Healthy Tadka...

Ingredients:-
All possible dal(Pulses) available...
i) Desi Dal(Pulses)
ii) Arahar-2sp
iii) Masoor-2sp
iv) Green Moong- 2sp.
v) Moth dal-2sp
vi) Chana or Urad -1sp(optional)

Basically all the Dal’s u have in home.(High Protien).
2) Beans – 6/7.
3) Carrots – 2/3.
4) Bottle gourd (Lauki)- 3’’ Piece.
5) Onion – 2(1 for garnish)
6) Garlic – 4 Big Cloves.
7) Ginger – 1/4th inch.
8) Tomato – 2.
9) Oil – 2 sp.
10) Cloves (laung) & Black Pepper – 4 each.
11) Zeera, Salt, Red chilli powder, Haldi , Dhaniya powder, Garam masala.
12) Kneaded flour for 8 chapathi rolls.
13) Lime – 1.
14) Water – 800ml.
Garnish with chopped onion and lime.

Procedure:-

1) Wash all the dal together and put them in cooker.
2) Chop all the vegetables in small pieces and add it in the cooker.
3) Add 2 garlic cloves, half onion chopped in small pieces, tomatoes , cloves and black pepper, all the powders(salt, red dhilli etc).
4) Put water enough to cover the stuff and u can put the cooker on slow flame for ½ hour.
5) Grind half Onion, ginger, 2 garlic cloves.
6) Take a pan, put 2sp.oil in it, add Zeera and the onion paste cook it on slow flame for 5 min.
7) Knead the wheat flour and make 6 balls out of it each of about a little bigger than table tennis balls(ping pong balls).Flatten then on hands for 3 inch each and 1/2cm thick.
8) After half an hour of cooker stuff cooked, open it and add cooked onion masala and kneaded flour flattened base and add ½ glass water. Cook for more 10 minutes.
9) Serve hot with chopped onion and lime.
