Baked veggie....with Neha Tadka...

Ingredients:-
1) Potato-1
2) Cauliflower/Broccoli -4/5 flowerets.
3) Onion - 1
4) Capsicum -1

5) Tomatoes - 1
6) Ginger + Garlic chopped very small-1 sp.
7) Cheese (any that is hard and u can grate) - 1'' cube.
8) Salt, Red chilli powder, Pinch of sugar.
9) Oil- 2 tsp.
10)Water-1 Table spoon.
Procedure: -
i) Cut all vegetables and onion in big pieces.(Except for Tomato).
ii) Take a glass bowl and put a spoon full of oil in it and put veggies and onion in it and just roll them on oil so that oil covers whole of the veggies.
iii) Put all this in baking tray and bake these for 10 min. in oven at 200deg.
iv) Grind Tomato and sieve it and collect the puree. Take a pan, put 1 sp. of oil add ginger-garlic in oil then add tomato puree to it, add red chilli powder ,salt according to taste(1/2 spoon approx.) and add pinch of sugar and bring it to boil...add 1 spoon of water and let it cook for 2-3 min. Keep aside.
v) Remove all the baked veggies and add veggies to cooked tomato puree and again put all of it to baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on it and again bake the veggies at same temp. for more 5-7 min.
vi)Serve hot.

    thanks for wonderful vegetarian recipies...as we are vege so cant say about non veg..ha ha but sure its yummy and guess what i was looking for american choupsey recipie but did not like any on net and liked urs dil sey man tha sikhna toh aapse recipie mil gayi thaks a ton..
